General terms and conditions of sale ( CGV )
The site is the property of Absolute Deco Lda, as are all related rights. Any reproduction, in whole or in part, is systematically subject to the authorisation of the directors. However, hypertext links to the site are authorised without specific request.
1. Acceptance of conditions
At the time the order is placed, the customer acknowledges having read the special terms and conditions of sale set out on this screen and expressly declares that he or she accepts them unreservedly.
The present general conditions of sale govern the contractual relationship between Absolute Deco Lda and its customer, both parties accepting them without reservation. These general conditions of sale shall prevail over any other conditions appearing in any other document, unless a prior, express and written derogation has been granted.
2. Photos and Products
The photographs illustrating the products are not contractually binding. Absolute Deco Lda cannot be held responsible for any errors that may occur. Most of the products offered by Absolute Deco Lda are available in our warehouse.
The absolutedeco.com website, property of Absolute Deco Lda, may freely modify the composition of the collections presented.
3. Orders
The automatic recording systems are considered as proof of the nature, content and date of the order. The sale will only be concluded once the order has been confirmed by Absolute Deco Lda to the email address communicated by the customer. Absolute Deco Lda reserves the right to cancel any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute relating to the payment of a previous order. The information provided by the buyer when placing an order is binding on the buyer: in the event of an error in the recipient's details, the seller cannot be held responsible for the impossibility of delivering the product.
4. Deliveries
Once the order has been confirmed, Absolute Deco Lda undertakes to deliver as soon as possible, and to dispatch items that are in stock.
In the event that the items ordered cannot be delivered due to technical constraints linked to impossible access to the home or the physical impossibility of delivering to the home, the cost of transport to and from the home will be borne by the customer.
Any delays do not entitle the buyer to claim damages.
Goods always travel at the recipient's risk. Always check your parcel on arrival. You have 48 hours in which to make any reservations to the carrier in the event of shortage or damage.
Note: Acceptance of a visibly damaged delivery without reservation will not give rise to a refund.
For reasons of availability, an order may be delivered to the customer in several instalments. In this case, the customer only pays for one delivery. If the customer requires 2 delivery locations, they must place 2 orders, with the associated delivery charges.
In all cases, if you are absent from home at the time of delivery, a delivery notice will be left in your letterbox with the details of the carrier or post office. Absolute Deco Lda cannot be held responsible if the delivery services are unable to deliver a parcel due to the absence of the recipient. It is the recipient's responsibility to follow the instructions given on these delivery notes in order to collect their order. In the event of repeated absence of the addressee or refusal of the goods, the packages will be returned to Absolute Deco Lda and it will be the responsibility of the addressee to pay the shipping costs, the return shipping costs and any additional costs, as well as the costs of reshipping the order.
5. Packaging
The products are packaged in such a way as to respect the quality of the products dispatched during delivery. The Customer is requested to respect these same standards when returning any product. Any damage noted to a product on return due to a problem with the level of packaging not being respected may result in a partial refund or non-refund of the product if it is impossible to resell it in its current state or if the technical problem indicated worsens.
6. Return policy
You have 30 days (from receipt of the items) to make up your mind. In the event of an exchange or refund, return the new item(s) in their original packaging, undamaged, together with any accessories, instructions and documentation to the following address:

In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal, Absolute Deco Lda is obliged to reimburse the sums paid by the customer, free of charge, with the exception of postage and return costs. The refund is due within a maximum of 30 days.
Any item received damaged will not be reimbursed.
7. Prices
The price is expressed in euros.
The price indicated in the order confirmation is the final price, inclusive of all taxes and including VAT for EEC countries. This price includes the price of the products, handling, packaging and transport costs.
8. Payment
The price of the products is payable in cash on the day the order is placed.
Payment is made by credit card bearing the CB symbol.
The order validated by the customer will not be considered effective until the bank payment centres concerned have given their agreement. In the event of refusal by the said centres, the order will be automatically cancelled and the customer will be informed by e-mail.
9. Disputes
Complaints or disputes will always be received with attentive benevolence, good faith always being presumed in those who take the trouble to explain their situations. In the event of a dispute, the customer will first contact the company to obtain an amicable solution.
Failing this, the Tribunal da Relação do Porto shall have sole jurisdiction, regardless of the place of delivery and method of payment accepted.
10. Guarantee
In all cases Absolute Deco Lda can not be held responsible for non-compliance with regulations and laws in force in the country of receipt, the responsibility of Absolute Deco Lda is systematically limited to the value of the product in question, value at date of sale and without possibility of recourse against the company.
Consumers have a period of 1 year from delivery of the goods in which to lodge an action under the legal guarantee of conformity;
the consumer can choose between repairing or replacing the goods (subject to cost conditions);
the consumer is exempt from having to prove the existence of the lack of conformity of the goods for 6 months following delivery of the goods.
the legal guarantee of conformity applies independently of any commercial guarantee that may have been granted;
the consumer may decide to invoke the guarantee against hidden defects in the item sold (defects which render it unfit for its intended use, or which impair that use to such an extent that the buyer would not have purchased it, or would have paid a lower price for it, had he or she been aware of them), in which case the consumer may choose between cancellation of the sale or a reduction in the sale price.
